The Mardan security booth 19-042 is located in Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. The Palace Condominium needed to replace an old security booth they purchased from Mardan Fabrication over 20 years ago. Although the security booth was still in excellent shape, they wanted a modern security booth. They wanted an aesthetic and architecture that would complement the newly renovated condominium and also wanted to make sure that the new security booth would be able to withstand the highly volatile salt conditions and not rust. The Mardan prefabricated aluminum custom security booth was perfect for this location. They purchased a 6′ x 10′ security booth with custom overhangs with LED lights in them over each transaction window. Also, they customized the prefab security booth with custom metallic silver exterior paint and reflective hurricane impact resistant glass. The reflective glass includes the same impact resistant glass that the main building recently installed. This security booth also embraces pre-wired electrical package, wall-mounted HVAC, aluminum non-skid treadplate floor, and workstation for computers etc. This security booth is State of Florida approved modular building to meet High Velocity Hurricane Zone requires of 175mph in Miami-Dade County.
